Short description of the product area and team:

We are looking for an experienced SAP SF EC application expert, with a focus on reports or RBP’s, that could be part of any of our agile teams, supporting our HR core solution (SAP SF Employee Central). We need help to build and optimize the solution so that it’s easy to integrate with and easy to maintain. SF best practice, pros, and cons with different HR setups, organizational structure, RBP set up, job roles knowledge is needed. HR implementation experience is an advantage. Experience from other SF modules and working in big, global companies is beneficial. We are looking for someone that has the experience to work agile and take end-to-end responsibility for the development, operations, and implementations.

Work tasks:

• Drive SAP SF EC related activities

• Provide technical SAP SF EC expertise

• Propose best practices and solution alternatives in regard to process design and the system solution design

• Translate the business requirements into solution design

• Perform system configuration and test per the approved solution design

• Improve the Global Template (via Stories and enhancements)

• Release mgt and handling

• Operational support

• Handle incidents and development requests

Technical Competences :

• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central config certified

• Experience from working with SAP SuccessFactors EC

• Experience from working with EC RBP’s and/or Report Center

• Good understanding of design concepts, principles, and SF guidelines

• SAP or SuccessFactors implementation knowledge/experience

Nice to have; Integration knowledge (CPI)

• SAP Support Portal

• Strong knowledge of office-related automation tools: PC, word processing, spreadsheet, etc.
