What You’ll Do:
Manage current operations of 3pp systems such as Zendesk Sell, in house developed stage progressor.
Define long term CRM strategy aligned with our overall CRM strategy and partner selection (Sales force) Work closely with the Head of Business Strategy Education and with the Head of Sales to get priorities and scope Establish new contacts and relationships with CRM squads
Develop and improve current solution for customer engagement Attend industry events and conferences
Keep up with education trends and legislation
Who you are:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience including at least 5 years CRM platform and customization experience
Full Professional Proficiency in English
A person that can take on challenges, define the priorities, align and execute both in teams and on your own
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills as well as solid writing and presentation skills
You take pride in being a self-starter that gets things done!
5+ years of experience in CRM development on either Sales force or Zendesk Sell (other equivalent experience is also relevant)
5+ years of Java Programming experience
Energetic, positive, self-motivated teammate
Background in education is preferred but not essential
