Requirements
- Experience in supply chain management, preferably within large-scale construction, infrastructure, or EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects.
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Lean Construction, and Six Sigma (certification preferred).
- Proven experience in procurement, contract negotiation, and supplier management.
- Skilled in ERP systems, supply chain analytics, and digital supply chain tools.
- Leadership ability and experience building high-performing teams.
Technical Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
Preferred certifications include:
- Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt).
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP).
- Project Management Professional (PMP).
- APICS, CIPS, or similar supply chain certifications.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
