Responsibilities
- Drive execution and implementation of the Site Strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Take ownership of your work by proactively identifying priorities, driving initiatives forward, and ensuring progress without constant oversight.
- Define, maintain, and conduct an annual review of the Site Strategy in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Execute the Site Strategy related to Nearshore and Offshore sites, ensuring successful implementation and alignment with overall strategic objectives.
- Align resources and coordinate initiatives to achieve strategic objectives.
- Track progress, measure impact, and report results to key stakeholders.
