Required Skills
- SAP SuccessFactors – Onboarding (SF-ONB).
- Minimum two end-to-end implementation experiences in SF ONB 2.0.
- Deep understanding of the ONB 2.0 module.
- Well-versed with Onboarding portlet configuration.
- Email configuration.
- Hands-on experience with Global & Local forms configuration.
- Good to have knowledge of RCM.
- Integration knowledge including EC, RCM, and third party.
- Knowledge of DocuSign.
- Experience with Notifications and Audit trails.
- Ability to design, implement, and support solutions for complex HCM business processes.
- Gathering document requirements, configuration decisions, and preparing the configuration workbooks.
- Provide post-implementation support services including Incident Management, Release Management, and handling enhancement requests.
- Knowledge of OnB 1.0 is an added advantage.
- Well-versed with SAP implementation methodology.
