Responsibilities
- Work together with CRM Commercial team to provide expertise in marketing automation and Marketing Cloud capabilities in global projects and activities as well as execution of them.
- Responsible to build and maintain emails, cloud pages and other content in Marketing Cloud.
- Responsible for segment and sending communication to existing contacts and customers.
- Setup and manage trigger-based journeys.
- Support all markets with best practice, tools and execution of local activities.
- Regular testing, continual improvement and optimization of existing journeys to meet the defined business logic.
- Working with data and ensure testing capabilities are available.
- Work together with CRM Systems on continuous improvements in Marketing Cloud.
- Responsible for documentation of technical setup i.e. data and segmentation rules, SQL, automations, amp, emails and more to complement the overall blueprints.
- Responsible for training in Marketing Cloud and maintaining guidelines and documentation.
Required Skills
- Certification as Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email specialist, other certification is merit.
