Assignment Description
- Identify and assess improvement opportunities, actively driving towards Process Excellence.
- Define requirements, project scope and timelines.
- Coordinate and motivate team members, that consists of internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget.
- Analyze project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met.
- Establish and maintain relationships with relevant stakeholders, assuring alignment and providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes.
- Monitor and report on project progress and performance to key stakeholder and Steering Committee.
- Establish and track key success metrics.
- Analyze data, compare ways of working and benchmark different process flow to improve/optimize current one.
- Support training initiatives, and prepare training materials.
Requirements
- A master’s degree in engineering, computer science, project management, business management, or a related field is required.
- Project Management experience in product development / lifecycle management.
- Exceptional communication, management, and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of building strong relationships.
- Proficiency in conducting effective project meetings, workshops, and conferences, both live and online.
- Expertise in business process mapping and business requirement analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Comprehensive knowledge of both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Demonstrated understanding of project management tools and their integration with enterprise-level systems such as PLM, as well as tools used for project execution (e.g. Teams, SharePoint, Miro)
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
