Assignment Description
- Become an integral part of our Core Team as a QA engineer, where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring high-quality product for our clients.
- You will be collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, assess risk and priority and design best suitable test activities.
- Developing, executing, and maintaining manual tests and automated test scripts.
- Conducting thorough regression testing to identify and address software defects and ensure overall system stability.
- Developing automation tools and leading the automation journey, coaching the test engineers.
- Collaborating with developers to understand system architecture and design effective testing strategies.
- Working closely with product managers, developers, and other QA engineers to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.
- Analyzing business needs, implementation documentation, and design specifications for validity, testability, and feasibility.
- Developing and maintaining existing automation frameworks.
- Maintain test environment with deployment, configuration and test data.
- Helping with process improvement to increase work efficiency and quality delivered.
- Using tools such as Confluence, Git, Bitbucket, Jira, Postman, TestRail, Ansible.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a QA Engineer or similar role.
- Experience with exploratory testing, manual and/or partly automated.
- Experience with automated testing tools.
- Solid understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Proficiency in Linux and Windows environments.
- Experience in Test-driven development (TDD) practices.
- Atlassian, Confluence and Jira.
- Test automation, including Gherkin and Specflow.
- Experience with CCTV/Video solutions.
