Responsibilities

  • Lead a Major Quality Project with a Customer: Oversee an ongoing quality project with a customer, ensuring high standards of communication and delivery.
  • Process Development: Lead efforts to establish processes that enable proactive quality work.
  • Quality Improvement: Develop and implement strategies to enhance product quality and reduce defects.
  • Project Management: Plan, execute, and monitor projects to ensure they are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze production data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Training and Mentorship: Educate and guide team members in quality improvement techniques.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, including production, engineering, and sales, to ensure quality goals are achieved.

 

Requirements

  • Project Management Expertise: Proven ability to lead complex, multinational projects.
  • Quality Experience: Strong knowledge of best practices in quality and customer claims management.
  • Manufacturing Industry Experience: At least 5 years of experience in quality improvements within manufacturing.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and draw insightful conclusions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Leadership: Ability to inspire and lead teams towards common goals.
