We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing small projects and conducting fault investigations within our R&D department. You will work closely with our engineers and designers to ensure project goals are met and issues are resolved efficiently. Additionally, you may be involved in design engineering tasks during peak workload periods, but the main scope is project management on smaller projects such as fault investigations, quality improvements and that we have relevant documentation on our products.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage small-scale projects from inception to completion.
- Conduct thorough fault investigations and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, design briefs, and reports.
- Communicate project status and findings to stakeholders.
- Participate in design engineering tasks as needed during peak workload periods.
Technical Skills
- Experience as a Project Manager or a drive to become a project manager.
- Strong background in design engineering.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Requirements
