Assignment Description
- Play a big role in the AI journey that our client is just initiating in this team together with Business stakeholders.
- Work close and collaborate with Business Stakeholders such as DPMs (Digital Product Manager) and SMEs (Solution Matter Experts).
- Together with DPMs on a regular basis update the high-level Roadmap.
- Ensure that the product development backlog is organized, prioritized, and kept up to date.
- Support the team in creating product specifications in the form of user stories with acceptance criteria, to ensure the stable team have all required information to deliver the desired outcome.
- Work with team development to secure the long and short-term plans for proper capacity and competence.
- As a SCRUM master drive the Agile Journey in the team and contribute to that the Agile maturity gradually improves.
- Lead and drive PI and Sprint planning’s.
- Manage dependencies and collaborate with other teams and business partners, as needed.
- Secure that SLAs are fulfilled end to end for any solutions managed by the team.
Required Skills
- SCRUM Master.
- Experience within the Analytics & BI (Business Intelligence) area.
- Experience within the GenAI and AI/Machine Learning area is a plus.
