Assisting with Windows 10 installations (using SCCM), currently rolling out Windows 11.
Troubleshooting Windows 10 and Windows 11.
Configuring and setting up mobile phones and tablets according to our processes.
Occasional application installations, mostly managed with SCCM.
Familiarity with Active Directory.
Experience with Office365, Teams, OneDrive.
Previous use of a ticketing system, we use ServiceNow.
Ordering computers, mobile phones, and other IT end-user equipment.
