We’re seeking a Microsoft Dynamics Customer Service CRM (CS) dedicated developer where you will be part of the to a multi-disciplinary product team and contributing as a core developer, collaborating with other Product Teams delivering interconnected products. You will be a member of the CS Product team and plays an important role in our Continuous Integration/Deployment (CI/CD) strategy and contributes to the affiliated infrastructure development team and supporting development of CS customization and configuration, integration, deployment, and release.
Requirements
- Design and develop customizations and configurations to deliver new features.
- Actively participate on planning, prioritization, and manage the deployment of the digital products in DevOps and Agile Scrum environment.
- Team player, that understands the organization’s larger goal and contribute actively to the team to achieve the common goal.
- Comply with relevant frameworks, standards for the digital products.
- Work cross-functional with the product teams to maximize the delivery of value.
- Product development experience in designing and developing solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service (D365 CS) and Power Platform.
- Worked on an enterprise level for several years.
- Experience in developing and configuring Microsoft D365 Contact Centre, as well as integrating third-party voice and digital messaging solutions with D365 CS.
- Team player with coordination skills.
- Experience with building anonymization/delete functionality according to GDPR.
- Experience of migration activities including planning, development and execution.
- Experience developing on Azure and other SaaS product.
- Have very good understanding on D365 CS integrations and virtual tables.
- Experience in designing and developing integrations in Azure, including APIM, Functions, Events, etc. for consuming and publishing data.
- Experience working with coding languages such as JavaScript/Typescript and C#.
- Experience in Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).
- Experience with DevOps tools to manage GitHub source control, build, quality assurance and manage releases using GitHub Actions.
Desired Skills
- Experience implementing Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement within both B2C and B2B contexts.
- Retail domain experience.
