Responsibilities
- Develop and implement test strategies and plans.
- Define and establish test levels together with the customer.
- Plan, organize, and lead test activities throughout the project’s lifecycle.
- Ensure that test processes are followed and continuously improved.
- Collaborate with development teams to identify and solve test-related issues.
- Report test results and progress to project management and the customer.
Required Skills
- Experience working as a test leader in software development, preferably in the automotive sector.
- Good knowledge of test methods, test tools, and automation.
- Ability to define and implement test strategies and plans.
- Strong leadership skills and experience in leading test teams.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work closely with the customer.
- Relevant university degree in IT, computer science, or equivalent.
- Knowledge of embedded systems and experience working with hardware.
