- Quality Assurance: Knowledge of FMEA, APQP planning, PPAP product approval, and Lean Six Sigma methodologies is meritorious.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including design, supply chain, manufacturing, and quality assurance.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to present project updates to various stakeholders.
- Technical Expertise: Experience in developing engine components such as cylinder blocks, cylinder heads, exhaust and inlet manifolds, and other structural parts.
- Problem-solving: Ability to identify and resolve technical issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with automotive industry standards and regulations.
