Assignment Description
- Design and develop and review advanced machine learning models and architectures, including deep learning, optimization, and generative AI systems.
- Lead complex AI/ML project initiatives, providing technical guidance and architectural oversight to cross-functional engineering teams.
- Conduct in- depth research and experimentation to evaluate emerging AI technologies, assess their potential applications, and develop proof-of-concept solutions.
- Review and optimize existing AI systems for performance, scalability, and efficiency, implementing advanced techniques like model compression and transfer learning.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical AI strategies and implementation roadmaps.
Technical Skills
- Expert-level proficiency in Python, with deep understanding of machine learning libraries.
- Advanced knowledge of machine learning algorithms, neural network architectures, and AI model development.
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms (must have GCP, nice to have Azure) and AI/ML cloud services.
- Strong background in statistical modeling, data preprocessing, and feature engineering.
- Proficiency in big data technologies and distributed computing frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement scalable machine learning infrastructure
- Professional experience in AI/ML engineering.
- Proven track record of leading complex AI initiatives from conception to production.
- Senior technical leadership experience, capable of mentoring junior engineers and driving technical strategy.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated innovation in AI research or practical applications.
