Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main liaison between customers and senior leadership, ensuring alignment of expectations.
  • Provide strategic insights to internal teams to tailor solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Lead customer negotiations on scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Identify and resolve conflicts between internal priorities and customer expectations.
  • Ensure consistent communication and reporting between customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Drive post-project reviews to gather feedback and implement continuous improvements.
  • Represent the organization in customer meetings, negotiations, and conflict resolution.
  • Approve strategic project adjustments to accommodate changing customer needs.
  • Allocate cross-functional resources to deliver optimal customer outcomes.
  • Advocate for customer interests while balancing organizational priorities.
