As a AI-Driven DevOps Engineer you play a pivotal role in shaping the future of digital initiatives. Your mission will be centered around AI, specifically how we can utilize AI to boost Software Developer Productivity while ensuring the highest standards of code quality and security. This role will be highly explorative, and focused on building Proof of Concepts as well as evaluating AI solutions.
Requirements
- Proficiency in programming languages like Python (preferred), Java, or C++.
- Understanding of state-of-the-art AI architectures and methodologies, including Transformer-based models, LLMs, and advanced optimization techniques.
- Hands-on experience with RAG systems, including designing pipelines that combine LLMs with vector databases and retrieval strategies.
- Experience in building and deploying agentic workflows or autonomous agents, leveraging frameworks such as LangChain or custom solutions.
Desired Skills
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers).
- Familiarity with LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
- Understanding of distributed computing, APIs, and microservices.
