As a UX/UI Designer, you’ll be at the forefront of our product development, transforming complex ideas into seamless user experiences. From conducting user test, analysis, conceptualizing wireframes to delivering pixel-perfect designs, you’ll ensure every detail aligns with our mission to craft user-centered solutions.
Assignment Description
- Design with Purpose: Develop intuitive interfaces that prioritize accessibility and user needs.
- Collaborate on Design Systems: Contribute to and help build scalable, consistent design systems in collaboration with the team.
- Work Cross-Functionally: Partner with product managers, developers, stakeholders, and other designers to ensure seamless design handovers and user-centered design.
- Iterate & Refine: Enhance designs based on user feedback and testing, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
Requirements
- Proven UX/UI Experience: A track record of designing user-centered, scalable solutions for complex web or mobile applications. Proficiency in Figma and Miro.
- Strong Design System Knowledge: Ability to contribute to design systems and ensure consistency across platforms. Establish design principles, components, interaction patterns, and design tokens rooted in accessibility guidelines to promote consistency across our platforms.
- Accessibility Focus: Understanding of WCAG standards and experience designing for users with diverse needs.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with agile workflows and distributed teams.
- You’ll be involved in every aspect of the UX/UI process, from requirements to tweaking pixels to perfection. You will deliver polished designs while maintaining momentum.
- A team player who thrives on feedback and teamwork. Thoughtful in your approach to collaborating and communicating with others.
- Experienced designer with higher education in the field of design and experience working in distributed teams.
