- Equip the team with the tools, processes, and guidance needed to enhance their performance continuously.
- Actively engage with team members to identify and address blockers or areas for improvement.
Team Well-being
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment focused on morale and productivity.
- Conduct regular 1-on-1s (if applicable) to understand individual challenges and aspirations.
Progress Monitoring & Accountability
- Review team progress regularly to ensure deliverables meet expectations.
- Address gaps proactively and help the team stay aligned with goals.
Educate & Inspire
- Promote empowerment and autonomy, coaching the team to embrace DevOps principles and practices.
- Inspire the team towards continuous delivery, ownership, and self-organization.
Leadership in DevOps Enablement
- Provide support and guidance tailored to teams transitioning to or optimizing DevOps methodologies.
- Share best practices and create a coaching framework to enable teams to take full ownership of their workstreams.
Product Alignment & PO Collaboration
- Act as an extended hand of the Product Owner (PO), ensuring clarity on priorities and objectives.
- Serve as a bridge between business goals and technical execution, providing actionable insights and requirements.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading DevOps teams and guiding them towards empowerment and ownership.
- Strong facilitation and coaching skills.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to inspire confidence and motivation within the team.
- Deep knowledge of Scrum methodologies and business analysis.
- Passion for fostering operational excellence and innovation.
