Requirements

- Control Algorithms: Develop and implement control algorithms for steering systems to ensure precise and responsive vehicle handling.
- Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyse software requirements for steering systems, ensuring alignment with overall vehicle design and performance goals.
- System Integration: Integrate software components with hardware steering systems, ensuring seamless functionality and performance. Work closely with hardware engineers to define software-hardware interfaces.
- Testing and Validation: Develop and execute test plans for steering software validation, including unit testing, integration testing, and system-level testing. Utilize simulation tools and real-world testing environments to ensure software reliability and safety.
- Debugging and Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve software issues and bugs related to steering systems. Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to enhance software robustness.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for software design, development processes, and user manuals related to steering systems. Ensure documentation is up to date with industry standards and best practices.
- Compliance and Standards: Ensure software development processes comply with automotive industry standards, such as ISO 26262 for functional safety and ASPICE.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in automotive steering software and technology. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and the adoption of new methodologies and tools.
- Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, product owners, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of high-quality steering software solutions
