Responsibilities

  • Take lead on design work for new solutions supporting business initiatives requiring new functions and services.
  • Develop, build, and manage the Network, transforming our legacy network to network as a code with a service layer.
  • Control that architectural policies and guidelines are followed and in accordance with roadmap.
  • Provide technical engineering, best practices concerning the overall Network.
  • Control that architectural policies and guidelines are followed and in accordance with roadmap Analyze, design, develop and maintain roadmaps and implementation plans.
  • Monitor performance, ensure availability, and reliability.
  • Documentation of service design package and service description.
  • Documentation of guidelines, processes, and routines.
  • Setting and maintaining network standards.
  • Being an advisor in Network design, plan, build and operate within the Network domain.
  • Cooperate and coordinate with stakeholder’s contribution with Network knowledge to reach business needs.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices, making recommendations as needed to help our company develop.
  • Understand and visualize concepts that are not yet concrete, and use your problem-solving skills, strong analytic ability, creativity and customer and business drive to find a solution.
  • See the big picture, identify patterns, and instinctively know how to win support for your ideas.
  • Take the initiative and are not afraid to take the first steps to identify and address existing and potential obstacles, issues, and opportunities.

Technical Skills

  • Network design and Network architecture.
  • Deep knowledge and long experience in wireless advanced supporting services/platforms associated to wireless such as: Cisco ISE, Infoblox IPAM, wireless clients of all kinds Cisco Prime, Spaces, Wireless LAN controllers.
  • Creating High, and low-level designs.
  • Planning, design, and lifecycle management networks.
  • Design and implementation of routing and switching in complex environment.
  • The ability to understand business needs transforming them into design for new services or infrastructure functionalities.
  • The ability to recognize structural issues within the organization, functional interdependencies and cross-silo redundancies and apply architectural principles to business solutions.
  • An understanding about product development from ideation to release.
  • Cloud networking and cloud connectivity solutions in a multi cloud environment.
  • Understanding of network security ((IPS, proxy, firewall, reverse-proxy, load balancing, VPN).
  • Experience of micro segmentation and profiling.
  • Good understanding of IP Networking, SDWAN, SD-LAN.
  • Understanding of Network automation and programming (Scripting, python, ansible, Git etc.).
  • Experience of working with APIs and system integrations.
  • Knowledge of Cisco DevNet.
  • Handling multivendor environment (e.g. Cisco, HPE).
  • Hands-on experience with monitoring, network diagnostic and network analytics tools companies.
  • CCNP or higher (CCIE/CISSP a plus).
