Assignment Description
- Service delivery costs (resourcing, infrastructure, licenses).
- Purchasing hardware and software.
- Application portfolio rationalization.
- Service portfolio optimization.
- Analyze, and identify concrete opportunities and consolidate all findings into actionable proposals and a major project proposal to capitalize on those opportunities
Requirements
- Project management.
- Cost analysis.
- Broad understanding and experience regarding IT Run activities (hardware, software, service management & operations).
